Stupid video stopped at 72 mins!?!1!? What do I do?
Are you frustrated with Mega Video time limit, and don’t want to pay for the premium account? I tried Firefox’s addon like “DownloadHelper” but it only downloaded 72 minutes of the flv file. The video I was watching stopped at half way! What do I DO?!
A: This is an easy fix, on the video player you will see this 
Just click the >| button and it will continue to next part. (If not done automatically).
A2: If the video just stopped half way through. This is usually caused by your browsers cache being full or a 1 second loss of internet connection which made the video stop loading.. unfortunately you need to just try a fresh and clear your cache
I can't see the video player, what do I do?
The most common problems related to the video player can normally be fixed by checking JavaScript is enabled in your browser, checking that your browser sends referrer information, and by downloading the latest version of flash player.
Is this site completely free?
Yes! We do not require any membership or any money to use our site, the site is supported and paid for by sponsored ads.
Is this site legal?
A: Yes, the place where our site is hosted and based allows linking to videos such as these. We do not host any video content on any of our servers, or any servers related to us. The law may differ depending what country you are in!
Where did all the images go?
There have been several moves of the website over the last few months, as well as an entire revamp of the backend code. With all these moves, edits, and the complete revamp we have lost images and have yet to go through all the media and fix everything.
Give us time, we will get everything up and running perfectly again soon.
Over the past month or so a lot of media has been added as well as most of the old media checked and/or fixed so missing images shouldn't be as much of a problem as it was when the recode started.
A Video Doesn't Work. What do I do?
A: If you find a video that is not working. Please do not post a comment on the video about it. We have been having video player issues and the chances are the video actually works. Occasionally we will have a report button activated on the site where you can report the episodes. Secondly, if there is an entire season or show not working feel free to drop us an email and we will respond within 24 hours.
